3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied? What if there is an issue?
Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.
Return process:
- You must ship the item back at your own expense.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your full refund.
- Please include your name and order number on the returned parcel.
